Chatwoot - Great tool if used correctly

I like how easy it is to use, everyone in the office loves using this software. It saves time and resources by being able to send messages without having to be physically present at the desk. Sometimes you'll get stuck with a message that you didn't realize was there and have to go back and forth between chat and email to find out what's wrong. If you're looking to reduce your team's response times to customers, this will make a huge difference! We are solving our ticketing system by…

  • Can easily post images from phone or desktop (as long as they aren’t too large)

Chatwoot - Great Customer Support Solution

The thing I like the most about chatwoot is that it is completely open-source and free, so there aren't any upfront costs. The product is also very easy to use. The support team is also very efficient and responds to our tickets in a very timely manner. Some of the features or the UI could use some work. I wish that they had a chatbot available so that customer support could be more seamless. I am using chatwoot to resolve tickets about my website and I am very satisfied with the product. It…
