The thing I like the most about chatwoot is that it is completely open-source and free, so there aren't any upfront costs. The product is also very easy to use. The support team is also very efficient and responds to our tickets in a very timely manner. Some of the features or the UI could use some work. I wish that they had a chatbot available so that customer support could be more seamless. I am using chatwoot to resolve tickets about my website and I am very satisfied with the product. It is easy to use and has a lot of features. I highly recommend using chatwoot for your customer support needs. We use chatwoot for our customer support needs and it is a great product.
