I like that it's easy enough you can use without needing someone else there but also provides all support if needed! It doesn't do anything really useful by itself so having 3 people means more things are done at once than could be possible otherwise (or one person would not last very long) - maybe this changed recently? The customer service side has always been pretty good though when issues arise they usually fix them quickly or give us new features/options within days rather then weeks as before now seems much longer sometimes months even after reporting problems!!
