I bought this after months of discussion. I needed something to make my wand shine again, but I was afraid I would ruin it; This is a one of a kind piece that I won in a competition about five years ago! Eventually I gave up because the handle of my wand had become very dull. My wand is made of fragrant cedar, but has lost its scent through time and the hundreds of hands, young and old, that have held it. I chose lavender because I really like having a stick that smells nice. Lavender is amazing. This jar will probably last a few years because of the small piece of wood I need it for. I would highly recommend this to any Harry Potter fan or the like who has a wooden stick. That's great. Any good witch or wizard worth their salt has a decent wand maintenance kit! While my use is not typical of a potential purchaser of the product, I will say that it has worked spectacularly.
