I have decided that no pot or pan will ever be perfect and forever. At the same time, I wanted to find decent things that are easy to clean, without harmful substances and that last a long time. We cook all the time and have had these pans since January. If I had paid more I probably would have been disappointed but because they are so economical I am really impressed and happy with this set. We have used each item dozens of times. We only hand wash with a washcloth but I literally can't think of a reason you would ever need to do more because it all just falls off them. We always use some oil or butter, I've never had any problems with sticking. The grips can be a little warmer than we'd like, but then again, nothing's perfect. I've never tried them in the oven, although they say they're safe up to 550F. We don't use metal utensils near these pans and a few months later all we have is one pan with tiny scratches (which I think are from something that was in the sink with it and had nothing to do with cooking). This is a great set, I can only recommend it.
