Review on Berlin Modisch Cylinder Deadbolt Locking by Jason Daves

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very strong and modern new look

I am 72 years old. , old 5 foot, 106 pound great grandmother. I've always been a DIY enthusiast, but height, age, and health got in my way, and I figured adding a few rooms to my house was a little harder than I planned, so I hired a contractor to add a few rooms to my single wide motorhome (they said it was 3 weeks work). After 3 months they finally installed the support legs and lower floor and moved on to the frame. They then told me it would take longer than planned so it would be almost double what they told me. I let her go and hired another contractor to do the wiring and drywall. They insisted on hourly wages and said four of them would do the job in less than 2 weeks. Well, after 10 weeks I was fed up, sent them on their way and decided to do the job myself. The moral of the story is that if you want a job done to your specifications, it's best to do it yourself. After 9 months of construction I'm finally ready to add the finishing touches like hardware and stuff. My new back door now leads out of the master bedroom, so I wanted a very strong locking system. After a long search I came across the Berlin Modisch Set. It is very well made, feels heavy and solid and looks nice and smooth. I like the square look, gives it a modern look. Getting it right can be a little tricky, but patience will reward you. It feels very strong and secure on my tailgate. I bought a second set to install on my patio door.
