DO NOT BUY THIS! for streaming media player

I bought the DreamLink T2 in December 2019 but it stopped working as of March 2020. It does not load. The TV screen is blank. I tried to contact their support team but there was no answer. There is no number to call. I've seen a few posts online about factory resets, but that didn't work either. This is a scam and a way to steal your money.
