I like that it's easy to use, intuitive interface makes navigating through my account very simple - no more searching or clicking around! It does not have any features at this time which would make me want to continue using them in lieu of other options out there (although they are working hard!). The platform as well has been great so far but we do need some additional support from their side if/when needed after implementation with our customers. We're solving two issues here; one being an internal system within Salesforce related specifically to invoicing customer accounts receivable / payable balances etc., along with providing detailed information about all those transactions across multiple different channels such as emails, phone calls, text messages etc..
