I know some people had trouble installing this print server but in my case it was easy. So I thought I'd give you some advice: 1. Before purchasing a print server, call Linksys to see if your printer is compatible with the product. In my case it was my brand new Epson Stylus C82 (luckily!).2. Install the printer drive and its utility on all computers before attempting to install the print server.3. Follow the Linksys instructions. Sometimes I have a problem with not reading instructions. This time I took my time and followed the procedure step by step. The only problem I've found is that the printer status monitor doesn't show any ink levels. I think after a while I'll have to connect my computer directly to the printer to see how my ink is doing. One last thing, I don't have a wifi card installed so I don't know if it works well with a wifi card. I would give this product a 5 if it weren't for the ink level issue. Good buy, I recommend.
