It's hard to complain about the price. Installation on the Roomba 650 is extremely easy. Just a few simple screws, remove the cover and pull out the old battery. The setup is exactly the opposite. You can't put a new battery in the wrong way round, so don't worry if you didn't notice when you ripped the old one out. My complaint is consistent with several other reviews I have read. Sometimes I still get err5 or battery errors. I usually only have to take the Roomba out of the charging station for a few seconds and put it back in. Can't say for sure if it's the battery or the charging issue so I'm giving it 4 runs because it got the Roomba usable again. My Roomba works every day and in the two months it's been working again I probably got the error 3, maybe 4 times. Tldr: 95% reliability. Would buy again.
