I don't think this is safe for my GCC

Got this as a feed toy for my green cheeked kennel. A couple of things caused an issue and I'm sorry to report back: 1. (most importantly!) the holes are SIMPLY too small for his head which means he's trying to stick his head in the holes to get treats , blinking your eyes and risking getting stuck. NO risk I'm willing to take. If you have a gcc sized bird or smaller, DO NOT buy this version. (NOT SELLER'S FAULT! I just need to clarify the dangers and the importance of getting the right size toys for your pets!) 2. I got the clean version and it confused him. Hired him, which is great, but it also frustrated him, so he was angry and snappy. He tried to get to the seeds from anywhere but holes and just got lucky when he stumbled onto a hole. 3. The front with holes has a strange balance problem. The two pockets at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions (touching the brackets) were the ones I filled in for the test, and when I installed holes in one of those locations, the front turned as if the weight was uneven distributed would be the perforated acrylic front. which doesn't make sense since it's a separate sheet of plastic, not a seed-filled part, if that makes sense. Basically the holes were moving on their own in some places and it was very annoying and dangerous for my little guy.4. Most of these feed toys have a small handle that you can use to rotate the front. I assumed it would have one (it's hard to tell from the picture if it has one or not) but it doesn't, so it's difficult for my bird to turn it over.5. It would be very inconvenient to attach this to the cage AND remove it to refill, clean, etc. In general my main concern is my child's safety and this doesn't seem safe enough for him. As far as I can tell it's solid and looks good after the protective film has been removed from the front, but the problems outweigh it. I will get another one with better holes for my kennel.
