Review on ACDelco EP12S Professional Electric Assembly by Daniel Ogbebor

After checking the Delco website and checking the listing for this pump I bought it for my '78 GMC 454 truck. Since this is an in-line pump, installation is as easy as it gets and I also installed an in-line filter just before this pump. My first test drive was disappointing because the engine started and stopped several times over the course of 20 minutes. Back home I pulled the fuel line and found the pump was only dripping gasoline. Replaced with Carter pump, everything is fine now. I may have received a defective pump, not sure, but I didn't risk a Delco replacement. Also, the picture of the pump on the Revain is wrong. The EP12S has a 3/8" nipple on each end and + and - wires for connection.
