Connected to my Surface Pro 7 so my Denon X3500. Intermittent picture, loud percussive sound. I thought I was going to blow up my system. If it wasn't choppy, the frozen image looked fine. (Please read the update) September 10, 2020 update: The problem I was having was on my side. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I have never experienced such customer service before, especially for something simple and not very expensive. I was treated like I had spent thousands of dollars. Communication was fast, continuous and clear. They tried everything to solve my problem, up to and including sending me another cable. No hassles or anything, they just wanted to make sure I was getting a quality product that would work as advertised. The problem seems to be in the compatibility of my devices. I would and will use them again in the future.
