I tried to view the drive, it was a clean install on an old computer and I wanted to install Windows 10 on this drive, I couldn't force the computer to recognize it. I googled and found that I need to update the BIOS disk driver, which is impossible unless you have another computer and a USB stick to download and boot into the installation computer. I contacted Seagate VR support (at least the Sunday before after 5pm), they couldn't understand what I was talking about. I finally went into the BIOS (F2 setting for Dell) and found an option to reset the configuration to the original setting. After that, the computer recognized the drive and I was able to install Win 10. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the awful opportunity to get after hours support which worked. I work at home on my computer and therefore cannot work during working hours.
