We bought this printer to replace a similar Brother 4 in 1 printer that lasted 3 years. Unfortunately, the document feeder on this one is a dog! It tears up some of the documents we upload through it (a HUGE problem since we copy many original legal documents) and refuses to transfer others. Finally, I opened the feeder and found that it only had one small feed roller, while our old model appeared to have three. It also creases some of the printed pages, forcing us to reprint them. Very disappointed, do not recommend this model!
