Review on Farberware 5082875 Paring Knife Small by Rodney Sample

Great size for cutting fruit/vegetables. Very sharp, cuts through the smooth skin of peppers and tomatoes. Very comfortable grip. I've been using ceramic knives for several years and this one is better than others I've bought. Others were Kitchen Aid and they worked well and were cheap but just didn't have the balance and feel. I gave it 5 stars for ease of cleaning and versatility but didn't rate durability as I don't think ceramic knives are durable. . They are in the sense that they hold their edge, but be careful if you put lateral pressure on them, they can break. I don't intend to test it with this knife.
