Farberware 5082875 Paring Knife Small Review

These knives were so sharp and beautifully cut that the tip of a large knife broke off when it was cutting something very soft after only two months of use! According to the warranty information, I have contacted Farberware for support. He sent a photo of the problem, described the situation and nothing was heard for THREE MONTHS. Great size for cutting fruit/vegetables. Very sharp, cuts through the smooth skin of peppers and tomatoes. Very comfortable grip. From what I've read about this I wanted to try ceramic knives. The day they arrived I just had to try them on some small tomatoes I picked in my garden (the size of a cherry tomato). I was happy to feel that they cut right through without pushing out the inside of the tomato in subsequent cuts.
