So far I've given 5 stars for the quality and ease of assembly. Before removing the old letters, measure the distance from the bottom of the door and the edge of the door near the wheel to the letters. There are many ways to remove old paint, the easiest for me was 3M Adhesive Remover with 3M Wheel. After removing paint, clean with alcohol, mineral spirits or wax remover. Dry the surface, mark the floor in several places and at the edge. DO NOT ALIGN, you want to follow the run of the door. Take masking tape, position the template in line with your bottom mark, and then slide it to line up with the tape. .Insert letters, press firmly, repeat on the other side. If anything changes over time they will start falling off etc. I will update this review. UPDATE: As of 04/23/21 the letters have been through numerous car washes and are still valid. Not a single problem
