Large mat, slippery and lacking cushion.
I was excited to use my new mat in class. I’m 6’7” so the large size was just what I needed. Unfortunately, while it is as thick as advertised, it does not provide much cushion as hands, feet, and knees quickly sink through to the ground. More disappointing was how slick and slippery the mat was. My hands and feet slipped out multiple times during downward dog and other poses. I fell a few times during class, not because of balance, but due to the slick mat not allowing steady footing.
