I'm not a professional, but I cook a lot at home. This review is dedicated to an ultra-thin knife. This is probably the best knife I've ever used. I got my original when I got married in 2011. 9 years later and it still exfoliates great. Not a rust spot, not a single problem. I had another peeler as a backup but I refused to use it because it was junk compared to the growth. I'd rather clean the sink of dirty dishes to find rösle than use another vegetable peeler. In the end I decided to ditch the crappy backup puller and buy another Rosle as a backup. It looks the same as my old one except for the logo change.
