Clog the city! the best consumables for 3D printing

This is the filament that makes me want to throw out the whole printer. I'm still relatively new to 3D printing, so I'm giving 3 stars because the price was incredibly low and I was able to get some decent prints, but it was extremely difficult to work with. Pros: - I got this for about half the price or less than other PLA filaments - Measured within 0.04mm every time I measured it. If you get a decent print, the finished quality is on par with other PLA prints I've made. At least when I started writing cons-clogs-extrusion-problems-brittleness, it took me a very long and hard think to find the pros other than the price, and I could probably go on listing the cons. to adjust the settings for this particular print because I've had good luck with the settings I've used for other PLA filaments. The pressure started great. The first layer was perfect, but at about 5% of the print I started hearing extruder clicks. I cleared the blockage and decided the filament didn't like the retract settings so I switched to a lower retract. The second print got a little better, but then I noticed it wasn't extruding enough, so I adjusted the temperature and tried again. Eventually I did some prints to try to get the settings right, but that caused clogs. Finally, I turned off the retract and stopped printing. The heat tower showed problems with the extrusion until the temperature exceeded 210ยฐC, but as I pulled back I continued to clog. However, the temperature is a bit high, so the quality looks overheated. I tried printing at 215 and 220 which looked better but seemed to tend to clog. To clarify, I received PLA a few days after ordering and just started printing with my old settings. It prints perfectly. No issues with clogging, pulling, dripping, pimples or anything else I've experienced with this thread. For those willing to put in the effort to save a few bucks this might be fine, but if you're new to typing, get a better filament so you can learn before you try to deal with it.
