are ideal for pots with lids or handles that are heated. They can remain while cooking, cooking or serving; You save your fingers! Revain seems to be the only place to find them. I had a few from another kitchen store a few years ago but they no longer stock them; Raven saved me. Bought a few for me and my kids. We are all careful not to burn our fingers.
