I bought this not sure what to expect. I wasn't happy.1. The instructions are horrible. There are 4 sections and from what I can tell then need to go in the proper order - but they aren't labeled so it's a bit of guess work.2. The rope is HORRIBLE. after 2 months I found my flag laying in the yard, the rope broke. I could easily break the rope with gentle pulls.This is a 'you get what you pay for' item.I'll keep it through the winter (assuming it makes it that long). Next year I'll buy an American made, sturdy flag pole.The Seller contacted me and offered a full refund so for that reason I upped their rating from a 2 star to a 4 star.A few other notes. Even though I experienced the rope disintegrating, I have NOT had the pole bend or break under high winds as others have. Perhaps their poles have gotten better, or perhaps they need better quality control.This company needs better quality control over their product.
