The best thing about this software is that it provides multiple ways in which we are able to interact with our clients i.e., online chat window etc. Also there’s no need of manual entry every time as well; everything gets done automatically via auto SMS messages sent from client side itself. Though I don't like how sometimes when one looks into his/her history they see old data but not new because if its recent then those won‘t be displayed until cleared manually through log out option provided at top right corner. As long as my class size remains below 15 people only nothing much comes across here otherwise overall experience has been quite good till now! We've seen significant decrease in response rate since using planUbo so far - especially among international audience who were looking forward towards engaging us more deeply than just providing information.
