Very comfortable BUT slides and stretches. A lot.

I wanted a thick mat for comfort under my knees.
This mat gets 5 stars for comfort but has 2 serious flaws:It is not sticky at all so slides around on the floor, and it stretches while in use. For example if doing a lunge or downward dog it will stretch up to 3” as I press in opposite directions.I guess if I placed it on top of a regular yoga mat it might hold in place but I’d prefer to only use one mat.Great for comfort but not for stability.

Pros

Just enough padding to make my workout on my hard wood floor comfortable.

Cons

It’s is light and fluffy but very slippery not functional for hot yoga and sweet involved.
