has been corrupted Numerous problems setting up this new speaker with apps. After an hour of trying to find the "My Bose" link (referenced in the instructions in the first step to start the installation process), I reinstalled the Bose Music app. I still haven't found that particular link, but somehow I managed to install it, connect, and play music through the app. Two hours later I'm still building it and having a very hard time playing the support video on Group Speakers. I finally got it to play, only to find when I clicked the 'Speaker Group' button following the instructions to connect the speaker group, it was whitewashed and it said 'Group Unavailable'! That's why I bought it! I only have one other Echo "Plus" Gen 2 speaker that I've read should work in a multi-room speaker setup. The Revain page for this article contains this notice. "Currently, stereo pairs, speaker groups and multi-room music only support wireless music playback and not Bluetooth, 3.5mm AUX-in or TV/video connection. ." Am I trying to play this through Alexa over my wireless network? I'm confused. I was going to buy an Echo Sub system with 2 Echo+ for my mini system, but now I have no reason to believe they will work As a multi room system if this one doesn't work I'll keep figuring it out but if it just ends up with the $400 Echo as a product it will come back What a disappointment so far Sonically that's the only reason it gets a 3 , it doesn't have the bass I was expecting at all, but overall the sound lives up to Bose's description of "The widest sound of any smart speaker" all the talk about how great the bass is.
