I bought these fairy lights to decorate my home for Christmas and while they were fairly simple to use, I was disappointed that they don't use regular batteries. I left them on constantly and I really should have looked to see how long they lasted, but thankfully the package came with a bunch of them. However, to change the batteries I'm going to have to take a screwdriver and unscrew the tiny screws and then buy a lithium battery. Those aren't cheap and I was really hoping that these would use AAA or AA batteries. But the lights themselves are cute. I wouldn't buy them again and I would go with either plug in lights or lights that use regular batteries.
