Review on 🔷 EBC Brakes DP2812/2 Greenstuff 2000 Series Performance Brake Pad by Eric Fish

These pads appear to be of very good quality but I just can't get over the amount of dust they produce. I use EBC Ultimax rotors with Greenstuff pads on my 2002 Civic Si. After following the break-in instructions, the pads were driven 1,200 miles in combined mode, but mostly around town. The amount of dust is slightly reduced, but about two to three times higher than the Satisfied GranSport 6 pads they replace. I miss the aggressive initial bite that the Satisfied pads gave, but other than that they're just as good. The fun is over now as I try to go slow to avoid a mess on my white wire wheels (now the front wheels are getting dirty after 45-50 miles of easy combo riding). If I buy EBC pads again it will be Redstuff for less dust. Update 8/26/12: After a few more months of riding, the pads were producing less dust than when I wrote my original review. The pads are still on the low end of what I find acceptable, but I'm glad they've gotten better. Otherwise I am satisfied with these pads.
