Review on Dog Car Seat Cover Backseat by Veronica Williams

I wanted to post an update. After I submitted my last review, the company contacted me (I didn't even contact them) to say they had refunded my money. They really are very customer oriented and took my frankly scathing review very well. Since then, they've also submitted a new cover art and sent a nice note along with it. The new case didn't smell strong at all. I still don't think it will last multiple washes but it doesn't need to as the new cover doesn't smell out of the box. They also mentioned that they are looking into the cause of the odor problem. I'm keeping my original review below so people can see why I was initially unhappy, but they've done their best to fix it. Box, it smelled so strongly of plastic and chemicals that the whole house smelled of it. I saw it was machine washable so I washed it and found it still smelled. I let it dry on a line in the yard and then washed it again. When it came out of the wash a second time, there were tears in the seams and holes in the fabric. It is unsuitable for any dog due to the odor if not washed and will disintegrate if not washed. money and avoid it at all costs.
