Lifeguard. I wasn't sure if it would work, but it did. You will need to knock out or carefully drill (plastic only) the old bushing at the end of the shift cable and insert this in its place. It doesn't have instructions, but it's easy enough and saved me a ton of $$$$ in new cables and labor. My shift cable bushing had just worn out and kept falling off the shifter on the transmission. Work in 15 minutes! GMC2500HD 2003
