Review on 🥐 Medium Size Spring Chef Dough Blender: Top Professional Pastry Cutter featuring Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Blades by Daniel Ortiz

Spring Chef pastry cutter is made of high quality stainless steel, has a comfortable grip (it's larger in diameter than my old Ecko pastry cutter and is soft to the touch) and good built to last a lifetime. The blades are close enough together to make blending effective, but far enough apart that when I wash them, they're easy to clean. Although the handle is long enough for my hand, my husband (he has big hands) feels comfortable helping me bake. I was also impressed that the manufacturer emailed me for feedback and seemed genuinely interested in my opinion on what I liked and what improvements, if any, could be made.
