Own restaurants in Chicago and Los Angeles. Bought these knives based on reviews and NSF status. In addition, they should be made of stainless steel. They are rusty as pictured. The house is brand new. The kitchen is all stainless steel and I have rust in my sinks and on my granite countertops from leaving those knives. Disgusting. No matter what metal they're made of, it's not stainless steel, and we all pay for stainless steel. You can stamp anything on the side of the knife but if you are using it for eating - really unprofessional business practice and feeling like you were really taken for the $200 we paid for these products. Questions - no, they have never been in the new Bosche dishwasher. Yes, I have a professional kitchen at home. Yes, I have a water softener/pizza dough filter installed in my house. If anyone would like more photos of rusty non-NSF knives let me know. CONFIRMED PURCHASE. steve
