Review on White LED Display Bedside Alarm Clock with Bluetooth Speaker, USB Charger, QI Wireless Charging, and Dual Alarms by Clinton Youmans

I bought this alarm clock for my boyfriend for his birthday to give him the support he needs to wake up in the morning. The sound quality was crystal clear, so we're very happy with the speakers. The Bluetooth function also works well. We read the instructions but felt that they explained everything and nothing at once. The instructions should 1.) state that you won't wake up to your music from your phone, but you can fall asleep to it. 2.) Specify how the alarm should be set up. 3.) Add warranty and prepaid return information. None were included. We made a test alarm and IT DOESN'T WORK. The next morning the alarm clock didn't ring either and he was late for work. At the time of this review it's 5:20 am and I'm hoping the clock was running today so he can do his 6 am shift on time. However, I'm back in action as an alarm clock man. If I have to deal with the inconvenience of sending the watch as a gift I'll be so annoyed that it was a failed attempt and I basically bought an expensive FM radio and charger. I don't understand why in the 21st century with the advent of portable computers it is so difficult to make a working clock radio.
