This cannot replace poster paper
. This is a good sketchbook. I bought this hoping the 65 lb paper would be close to poster paper thickness. The paper for this sketchbook consists of about 3 sheets of carbon paper. Kids sometimes need thick poster paper for school projects, and individual sheets of Staples have become increasingly expensive. I bought a large book with thicker paper from a local art store but was hoping to save some money here. I would look for 90 lb or so paper or cheaper poster paper.
