Right Hand Torque Alignment
Installed this shift knob on a 2006 Mazda 3s and it fits exactly like the OEM. The old one was tight so I expected the new one to be the same, but it's not. The new one turned smoothly and began to tighten closer to the final corner. The handle is aligned as intended and the tightening torque was spot on.
