Nobody should make a purchase based on "promises". Wear OS 3 will appear on this watch sometime in mid-2022. That's ridiculous. By then, these devices will be obsolete and Fossil, along with everyone else, will be building the next generation of devices. This watch is currently running Wear OS 2. Performance is universal, and the same software can be found on $100 watches. Look in the used Skagen Falster 3 section. They look better, have the same software version and are cheaper to find.
