I have a decades-old Lenovo E530 that I'm upgrading bit by bit so I don't have to buy a new one. It originally had Win7 and 4GB of memory. I switched to an SSD and upgraded Win10, but the switch to Win10 seems to have put more strain on the machine and made performance slower and a little more uneven (browser often blocked). So this product originally only had 4GB of memory in the machine, so I looked for an identical addon to increase it to 8GB. I found this product and only one number was different from all the codes and numbers on the stick. So damn I bought two (they were cheap anyway), replaced one and added another. Lenovo has easy access to memory card storage location. So far I've noticed improvements in browser load times and stability/performance. It was a simple upgrade that was inexpensive and made a noticeable difference. A win!
