Doesn't seem to reflect at night .
It doesn't reflect and if you have a 23 lb dog it doesn't adjust well to fit properly. I got a M as a small would not fit either.what to do
- Very happy with this top quality dog collar. It is well made and I'd buy it again.
- The collar's adjustable length may not be suitable for some dogs, leaving them unable to achieve a comfortable or secure fit
