This cookware is very practical. Light weight, but masters everyday culinary life perfectly. Being light weight is very important to me as I have health issues related to arthritis and general weakness. It's nice to have things that I don't have to wrestle or struggle with to keep from falling off. Cleaning is done by quickly wiping dry with warm water and a paper towel, or by throwing it in the dishwasher. Can recommend this set. Affordable, durable and beautiful!
