The brightness of the flashlight gets an A+. Brighter than a car headlight. The battery charger is useless. I place a dead battery in the charger and the charger shows the battery is fully charged. Playing with the charger for a while I found if I can perfectly balance the battery in the charger the battery would start charging until the battery slips out of the contacts. Fortunately the flashlight can be charger by plugging the usb micro cable into the phone and plugging the other end of the cable into a usb port (cable included). There is a rubber little plug that covers the micro usb port to keep dirt and such from getting into the micro usb port. The plug fell out within a matter of days. The flashlight has a strap that can go around the wrist. Broke off when I was walking. That said the brightness is what I wanted and that is excellent.
