These pliers are designed to remove blade fuses from automatic fuse panels and work much better than the plastic fuses which usually don't work at all. Another tool that would be very nice over the years. I sometimes use needle nose pliers to pull fuses, but sometimes this breaks a fuse. They are suitable for both pulling and pushing fuses.
