Review on 🚲 SHIMANO PD-ED500 SPD Pedal for Cycle Touring by Elvis Bragg

I've ridden about 500 miles on these pedals. The pedals are good value for money. They work fine. The included sh-56 spikes are terrible. I've used Sh-51 spikes and they work well. sh-56 cleats make pedaling dangerous because you keep coming off the pedal. It only took me a few miles to see what others were saying for myself. Also, you need to adjust the pedals with the adjustment screws to ensure a stable attachment. Now for the long-term mileage test. If they span +12,000 miles it will be a lot, but only pedaling.
