Review on ZyDoc Transcription by Donald Waller

I love that it's so easy to use! It is very intuitive - you can record audio directly from your computer or phone without having any technical knowledge at all (it just works). The transcription service was quick as well which made me happy since my job requires fast turnaround times in order to keep up with demand of our clients' needs. There isn't much else i dislike about this software other than maybe how hard they make their pricing structure seem? Sometimes when trying to add new users there are long wait periods before being able to actually get connected but not too big an issue overall considering everything we need transcribed comes through quickly once set up correctly. We have been using zydoc transciption services now over two years ago and haven’t had anything come back wrong yet even though sometimes some things don’t work right away like.
