I bought a new ix500 in 2014 for $450 and it was exceptional in every way. I bought an "upgraded" ix500 for $575 about 6 weeks ago. Inspection of the second ix500 (rollers, paper trays, etc.) showed it was either brand new or beautifully restored - it exceeded my wildest hopes. The package was missing a shipping list so I emailed the seller and it was shipped to me quickly by FedEx in less than a week. I enjoy working with companies that give their customers more than they expected. I appreciate the company and its service at the highest level. and would not hesitate to work with them again.
