There are multiple features within this ATS platform. It has all required tools to be used by recruitment agencies who require effective recruiting system. You can manage every part of your client's profile including their resumes, job descriptions, interview questions list etc using this one place tool. In terms of UI, it isn't as user friendly as some other platforms like TeamViewer. However, this is not a bad thing but rather something that you should consider when signing up with Maxohire. I am currently managing more than 200 jobs in my office using Maxohire. It is very much capable of handling heavy volume of client profiles without any issues. We love the fact that this feature allows us to access our clients' data even if we're offline. This also helps us schedule candidate interviews efficiently because most communication done via phone call. I like that it's easy to navigate through this software and find what you need very quickly! It takes some getting used to but once you do everything works well and has great features. They have many different options when using this software so there are plenty of ways to customize how it looks and functions as needed. This allows me to be more efficient with my day-to-day tasks. We use maxohire for our HR department and we love being able to keep track of employee information easily.
