All I can say is a coat! This coat is for real kids in really cold weather. It's pretty heavy - more of an anti-buffer in that regard. It features a durable, water-resistant outer shell with a quilted lining. It zips up and then snaps shut to keep air out of the front of the coat. Elastic cuffs coming out of the outer sleeves keep your hands warm. There are 2 sets of pockets on the front: the top one with side zip access and the bottom one with top snap access. It looks like Arctix has thought of everything. They even have buttons on the back to open the slots to make leaning/moving easier for your boy. I have to say I can only hope that where we live gets cold enough for my son to be able to wear this and really benefit from it. I think with the whole of 2020 an ice age is not out of the question.
