Do not buy online products

This product is very disappointing. I bought it as an upgrade from my USB-C to HDMI adapter to use the DEX features on my phone. This hub is constantly losing connection (e.g. after 30 seconds) randomly with everything connected to it. The mouse kept losing connection. The keyboard was accidentally turned off. The hub does not work when you connect the charger. 10 years of shopping at Revain and this is 100% the worst purchase I have ever made. Spend an extra $20 on a product that works. I don't understand how it has good reviews.
