I like that it's easy for me as an owner (and pet parent) to order medications from different veterinarians at once! You can also use this app if you're away from home during normal business hours because they have great customer service available 24/7 via live chat. It has been really helpful when my kitty gets sick since we are unable to be by his side while he needs medication; however, sometimes ordering online isn't always convenient depending upon where our cats stay overnight. We love being able to get veterinary care whenever needed without having to worry about getting there right after office opening time.
