I saw that some reviews criticized the accuracy of the labeling which made me check directly on the scale. 200 g water is read on the meniscus as 200 ml. The cup markings are different than 36ml, but that seems to go without saying. Confusing is the labeling of the gram, which suggests the translation function as sugar and wheat (flour?). I'm sure this is part of the precision confusion since you need to read Japanese. It seems that the accuracy for flour is also inaccurate due to packaging, milling, and exposure to moisture. The same goes for sugar, but much less. Not good if you need ounces for US shakes as the smallest unit is 50mL which is about 1.7 ounces considering many recipes call for 1 ounce or less per ingredient per serving.
