Have used this a few times in each configuration so far. As a handcart, I find the tires a bit soft. We transported 10 boxes of 17# each as a sack truck. The wheels looked visually and functionally burdened with a heavy load. I used this hand truck right out of the box so I may need to check my tire pressure. Rating 700 pounds. At 170 pounds, that's well below the advertised rating. As a four-wheeled carriage, it was much better. 16 boxes loaded with no problems. The weight distribution on 4 wheels has become better. I really like pneumatic tires, sills and other bumps roll much easier than hard wheels. I used plywood to make it look more like a tray (our boxes are a bit small for the rails). It has a nylon plastic frame, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't have the durability of a metal frame. It flexes a bit so I had to be careful when tightening the ratchet straps. Overall I like this truck for the price. I would buy it again if I'm not serious about spending money. Sorry I didn't think to take a picture. Next time.
